The Annual Board Meeting was held on Saturday, September 21st. Below is your new 2024/2025 Board of Directors:

The Annual Notice of Board Meetings can be found in the Document Library, available in the Office and each meeting is added to the current Weekly Activity sheet distributed at the Resort. The weekly activities are also posted on the website.
Unicoi Springs Cookbooks
We have a good supply for sale in the front office. Cost is $10.00 each. If you want them shipped, the cost is $3.50 each to do so. A great gift for anyone – a wonderful piece of Unicoi Springs history for yourself.
Memory Bricks
Our beautiful Memory Garden just to the left of the Office now displays 125 Memory Bricks, benches and plants. Check it out next time you’re here. If you have not already ordered special memory bricks, this might be that special present for family or friends who have camped at Unicoi Springs. The cost is $30.00 each. An order will be placed once 10 orders have accumulated so we can get free shipping. (If you want to order a quantity less than 10 and want them quickly, $15.00 shipping would be charged.
A special courtyard has been created to the left of the Office with plants and benches for reflection. Once your brick (s) has been installed, you can do a pencil rubbing to give or keep. Order forms are available on line in our Document Library or in the Clubhouse, here at the Resort. Have you ever thought of ordering one of these bricks for someone outside of Unicoi Springs for their own use or perhaps for yourself to place at your home?? If you do this, just make a note requesting us NOT to install here, rather to let you know when it arrives. What a unique and thoughtful gift to give someone or yourself!

You have a choice of one years maintenance fees OR $300 cash OR a two year membership in Coast to Coast. Your most valuable sales tool is right here on our website and the Office will supply you with or mail a complete information package to your friend or family member.
